Kate Rossi
Growing up the daughter of a successful interior decorator, my early years were spent creating amidst papers, paints and pillows, fabrics, trimmings and furniture (and plenty of four-legged friends!) - It was a life full of creation, color, and the outdoors. After becoming a qualified Cordon Bleu Chef, my 20-year career in Marketing and Communications, starting at The Economist, moving onto Chanel, followed by Hyatt International and Mastercard, then Pepsi and finally Heineken, took me far afield from Sussex, England; to the oceans and deserts of the Middle-East and Australia, the markets and bustling cities of Europe and Asia, and finally to the dream city of New York. In every port I created homes for my husband and I, storing inspirational memories of style and design from around the world.
Settling 25 years ago along the shores of Greenwich, renovating several homes along the way, and our children settling into upper schools, I channelled my creative energies into styling homes for family and friends, whilst sculpting and painting. Multiple awards later, our children finding their own paths in life, and my need to create not satiated, I decided to look into the emerging world of home staging. After working for a leading company, I joined forces with Helen (an old friend and one time neighbor). Feeding my entrepreneurial desires, and rekindling my love for interior style and design, and real estate (who doesn't :), building a staging business seemed the most natural path. I can honestly say I've found, what is for me, the ultimate confluence of style and design, business and people. With hand on heart, I can say that every dollar a client may invest in staging, is a dollar well spent. It thrills me to be a part of this fast pace, creative industry. No day is a work day, every day is another opportunity to help sell a home - most frequently at a higher price and with fewer days on the market - whilst also creating, meeting new families, and making new friends.

Helen Servick
Helen has been surrounded by real estate, design, building and renovations throughout her life. Prior to entering the design and real estate community, Helen had been a successful television producer for E NOW on CTV in Canada. Helen moved to Greenwich over 20 years ago, and immediately embarked on renovating her family’s first home (twice) before building a home, all while expanding her family. After the last build it became clear that design and real estate was a true passion. With a young family, she looked at different professional options that would satiate her creative appetite, and a friend, who is a realtor, suggested she look into staging. It didn’t take long (a single walk through of a staged house) for her to realize that this was an incredible professional opportunity to combine her love of design and architecture. Within a few weeks, she had her first client and Blink was in business. Within 2 years she recognized the need to expand her business, and was fortunate that an old neighbor and friend was exploring the staging industry. On the first house that Kate helped Blink with, Helen knew that she was the person to partner with - and the rest is history.
Being a resident of Greenwich for over 20 years has offered Helen opportunities to participate in many volunteer positions; both through her children’s schools, community outreach and clubs. She and her husband have 3 children, 2 daughters one attending Dension University, the other at Sacred Heart, and a son at Brunswick.
